Duplay endeavour to dispatch all items within 1 working day, The delivery times given below are an estimate based on the dispatch time and the couriers own delivery time.
Please contact us if the parcel has not arrived within the specified time so we can track and resolve any issues for you as quickly as possible.

Duplay Returns Information
If you wish to return a product you need to inform us of the reason why and gain written authorization by Contacting us via E-mail.
Once you have gained Authorization you will need to print & fill out the returns form and put this on the box.
You can then send the parcel to our returns address or we can arrange a collection and deduct the collection and original delivery costs from your refund.
Rule of Return
1. Item MUST be unopened in a re-saleable condition & original packaging unless agreed.
2. A returns request must be sent within 14 days of receiving the product. Click here to download the returns form.
3. Any damages or faults must be signed for as damaged and reported within 5 working days of receipt of goods.
4. The returns form must be included in your return to ensure your required outcome is processed within 48 hours.
All products (including Duplay and Java Teak branded goods) are guaranteed by Duplay for 6 months against faulty workmanship. If you have a faulty product within 7 days Duplay will pay for the collection and return of this product, after 7 days it is the customer's responsibility to pay for the postage of this item back to Duplay who will either replace, repair or refund the item. If we are unable to repair or replace the item we will refund the original cost. Please note this guarantee does not cover fair 'wear and tear'. Guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Duplay accepts orders using a credit card. You can use Visa, Visa Debit (Delta), Visa Electron, Mastercard, Solo, Switch. When asked to provide your details you will be moved into a secure area and the padlock symbol will appear at the bottom of your browser. We use 256 bit SSL encryption which means your information is extremely secure. Please note we can only ship to the billing address.

Please note we carry a 2.5% handling fee for credit card payments taken over the telephone. Your debit card remains unaffected. Please note we can only ship to the billing address.

The prices shown on the Duplay website are quoted in pounds sterling and are valid from 6/7/10, with the exception of special offers where validity is stated otherwise. Prices, discounts and offers may be added, amended or removed at any time across our range. We reserve the right to change our prices and any impending delivery charges (if applicable) without prior notice.
RECEIPT OF GOODS
As it is unlikely that you will be able to check your order fully at the time of delivery we ask that you sign the carriers delivery note as "UNCHECKED". This will enable us to seek compensation from the carrier for any damage they may have caused during transit.
You have the right to cancel any contract with us. You must inform us in writing of your wish to cancel within 14 working days starting on the day after the day the goods are delivered to you. You should return the goods to us to the address below at your cost and we recommend you ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey. We will refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods less any costs to collect the goods, if required, within 30 days starting on the date on which we receive a notice of cancellation in writing from you. The goods must be returned in their original packaging and condition. You have a legal obligation to take care of the goods and when returning them you must ensure they are adequately protected to prevent damage. (N.B. These rights apply to the UK and other EU countries only). Should an item arrive faulty or become faulty within the first 30 days of receipt of the goods the buyer is entitled to request a full refund for the faulty goods instead of a replacement or repair.

Duplay Returns Procedure
If you are not 100% happy or no longer want the product you have received you can request to return the product by speaking to a member of our customer care team on 0800 888 6212.
To return an item you will need to print out and fill in the form below so we can process your request in the fastest and most efficient way.
You can return any item that is still in it's original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. If the item is returned damaged we will deduct any cost to replace or fix the item from the original refund amount.
If for any reason the item is damaged upon receipt you must sign for the goods as damaged with the courier in order to obtain a full refund. In this case we would collect and replace or refund the item in full.

3. Put the returns form on the outer carton of the box
4. Seal and return the box via a courier or request a collection
5. Once received back into our warehouse we will process your desired outcome within 48 hours
