If you wish to return a product you need to inform us of the reason why and gain written authorization by Contacting us via E-mail.
Once you have gained Authorization you will need to print & fill out the returns form and put this on the box.
You can then send the parcel to our returns address or we can arrange a collection and deduct the collection and original delivery costs from your refund.
All products (including Duplay and Garden Hut branded goods) are guaranteed by Duplay for 6 months against faulty workmanship. If you have a faulty product within 7 days Duplay will pay for the collection and return of this product, after 7 days it is the customer's responsibility to pay for the postage of this item back to Duplay who will either replace, repair or refund the item. If we are unable to repair or replace the item we will refund the original cost. Please note this guarantee does not cover fair 'wear and tear'. Guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

As it is unlikely that you will be able to check your order fully at the time of delivery we ask that you sign the carriers delivery note as "UNCHECKED". This will enable us to seek compensation from the carrier for any damage they may have caused during transit.

You can return any item that is still in it's original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. If the item is returned damaged we will deduct any cost to replace or fix the item from the original refund amount.
